We do inspect everything that is delivered to you to ensure the quality of goods is 100%, but if you find something that you are not satisfied with, please send us a picture to our email address along with your reference number, and we can then seek to solve the issue by sending you
another item you have purchased free of charge or give you a coupon for your next delivery. If there is a dispute regarding your purchase, you will be contacted immediately.

If there is a change of address, please ensure you let the team know by our email address before the delivery is distributed on Saturdays to avoid disappointment.
